  1. To develop a society of Skilled and Multi Skilled Citizens; aiming to make India a 100% skilled nation.
  2. To organize joint programmes by ESSCI and NSIM; to make India a 100% skilled nation.
  3. To establish a network of centers, by NSIM, who are involved in the field of Skill Training Programme; to reach the needy.
  4. To develop strategies for design, development and implementation of skill education programmes, as per NSQF norms.
  5. To provide hassle free learning methods in the field of various skill training programmes to the needy in the nation.
