 Eligibility Criteria

To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. You must have hands on experience in technologies such as .NET, HTML5, CSS3.0, MVC, Asp.Net, WCF,C# and SQL. Knowledge of web development using JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap and jQuery. BI, SharePoint, SSRS, Scripting related knowledge will be added advantage. 

The applicant should have minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and proven team player.

Job Description

As a senior cargo operations agent you will provide cargo operations and customer service functions including interactions with customers and ground handling agents (GHAs) for both import and export cargo. You will secure proper operational and customer service support to enable station to meet the cargo target. You will also ensure full compliance at all times with all safety and security regulations and procedures. You will identify needs and improve cargo services and operational performance at station.
