Master of Science in Apparel and Textiles is a postgraduate Fashion and Interior Designing course. The master degree course includes textile technology, garment production, chemical processing of textiles, quality control in textiles and apparels, knitting technology and knitwear design and grading and draping of patterns.  Eligibility

  • Candidate with an overall average of B Grade or equivalent (55%) marks in B.Sc. Textile Science & Apparel Design. The students with the following undergraduate degrees viz., B.Sc. Apparel Design, B.Sc. Textiles & Clothing, B.Sc. Fashion Design, B.Sc. Fashion Apparel Design, B.Sc. Composite (Home Science) are also eligible provided they complete the required prerequisites by the end of Semester II i.e. FY M.Sc.
  • Prerequisites required: Textile Testing, Textile Chemistry, Weaving (theory &practical).
