Maruti Suzuki Inaugurates MyNEXA Concierge Lounge At T3 IGI Airport. EXA Concierge is a new exclusive lounge by Maruti Suzuki for customers who enrol under the MyNEXA loyalty programme

Maruti Suzuki, the largest carmaker in India, in its endeavour to provide customers a premium experience, has inaugurated an exclusive lounge called ‘MyNEXA Concierge’ at the T3 terminal of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. The MyNEXA Concierge will be a lounge for customers who enrol under the MyNEXA loyalty programme. This lounge takes up an area of about 900 sq ft. and there will be a lot of facilities that will be provided to the customers here, such as a dedicated seating place, high­speed internet with iPads, and a variety of food & beverages.

R S Kalsi, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, “’MyNEXA Concierge’ airport display and lounge is an initiative which helps us create another touch point to engage and connect with our customers. MyNEXA Concierge represents our desire to create new and unique experiences for customers. We are committed to introduce distinctive initiatives, as NEXA redefines the purchase and ownership experience of customers.”

Speaking on the inauguration, R. Maruti has said that this is a 'first­of­its­kind initiative' by any premium car brand in India. There are cars displayed (Baleno & S­Cross) at the MyNEXA Concierge where people at any point of time can come and have a glimpse of. The Nexa showrooms recently completed a year in India and for better service to the customers, the brand is now planning to launch more exclusive Nexa service outlets.

Maruti Suzuki is also planning new experiences around fashion, lifestyle, music and travel to connect with the Nexa customer in the near future. The Nexa brand today has 150 showrooms in 94 cities across the nation. If Maruti Suzuki continues with this premium quality service, consumers will have a whole new perspective in buying their cars.
