Bachelor of Science in Yoga and Management is a three year undergraduate Yoga and Naturopathy programme. The word Yoga means ‘to join or yoke together,’ and it brings the body and mind together into one harmonious experience. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India aiming the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquillity while meditating on Super soul. Course helps to create new change agents for the business, corporate world and society for creating transformation based on a new integration of yoga and management disciplines with a view to achieve the vision of sustainable and holistic development.
