IT FACILITY SUPERVISOR
The IT Facility Supervisor manages the technicians to serve the customer problems in time. The individual at work is responsible for supervising the technicians engaged in installation and maintenance of IT hardware, software system, networking.

A facility supervisor, or manager, is in charge of operations for a manufacturing site or office building. The supervisor keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment. Supervising a facility means planning operational policies and procedures, managing facility workers, budgeting, and supervising usage of supplies and equipment for the facility.

JOB ROLE
• Coordinates all aspects of Facility Management and Corporate Services.
• Coordinates all internal and external moves with appropriate resources; Interfaces with the management, staff and vendors to ensure efficient moves in consideration of business hours, proper placement of equipment, cost of additional services (e.g. additional telephone lines), inventory control, etc.,br> • Develops effective working relationships with client and support groups to ensure a timely flow of planning information, which includes: schedules, requirements, and layouts.
• Take responsibility for all keys that access all doors in each recreation facility. • Recording and reporting of accidents, injuries, and emergency situations.
• Ensuring that all participants follow operating and usage policies.
• Overseeing preparation, usage, and clean-up for special events and other specific programming.
• Maintaining a clean facility.
• Being able to complete tasks efficiently and without very close supervision.
• Work closely with other student employees such as, but not limited to, Programmers, and Professional Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
