Eligibility Criteria for Air India Recruitment :

  • Educational Qualification :
  • For Duty Officer : Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years? duration) from a recognized University with 6 years experience in all areas of passenger handling at airports with any Airline or Ground Handling Agency. Knowledge of computerized passenger check-in is a must.
  • For Customer Agent : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations with experience in Customer Services / Passenger handling with Aviation and Hotel Industry.
  • Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 01.09.2016

  • For Duty Officer : 34 years
  • For Customer Agent : 28 years

Age Relaxation : 

  • For SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
  • For OBC Candidates : 3 years

Job Location Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Application fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of Air India Air Transport Services Ltd., Payable at Mumbai. SC/ST/PWD are exempted from the payment of application fee.
