Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC), Ludhiana will be conducting walk –in-interview and invited eligible candidates to appear for the walk-in-interview for the posts of Research Associate (RA) and other posts. Posts are purely on Contractual Basis for a period of 06 (six) months which may further extendable. The eligible candidates may appear for the Walk –in- Interview for the respective posts on 14 October 2016 (Friday) at 09:30 AM onwards at in the office of Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, PAU Campus, Ludhiana – 141 004.

Reporting Time: 01 (one) Hour before scheduled Interview Time.

1. Research Associate (RA) - 01 Post

3. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 05 Posts

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

1. Research Associate (RA): Possess Doctoral Degree in the appropriate specialty.
2. Research Fellow/ Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Possess Master’s Degree in the respective discipline.
3. Project Fellow: Possess Graduate Degree in the concerned field.

Experience Required:  Having 01 or more years (whichever applicable) relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.

Age Limit:

1. Gen: Not exceeding 37 years as on date of Interview.
2. SC/ ST/ BC/ PHC Candidates: Relaxation of 05 years.
3. PWD & Others: As per norms.

Selection Procedure for Punjab Remote Sensing Centre Research Associate and Other Jobs:

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Walk –in- Written Test/ Practical Test and/ or Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.

Application Fee for Punjab Remote Sensing Centre Research Associate and Other Jobs:

Gen & Others: in the form of Demand Draft.

Research Associate (RA): Rs. 1000/-

Research Fellow (RF): Rs. 800/-.

Jr. Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 600/-.

Project Fellow: Rs. 300/-.

Eligible candidates may appear for Walk –in- Interview for the respective posts on 24 September 2016 (Saturday) at 09:30 AM onwards at in the office of Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, PAU Campus, Ludhiana – 141 004.
