Master of Science in Health & Yoga Therapy is a postgraduate Yoga course. The Master degree course is designed to study, understand, enumerate and apply the fundamentals of integral health, which include the physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual aspects of well-being, as envisioned by World Health Organization, for a healthy, wealthy, wise and happy human society. The duration of the course is two years and it is being offered by many colleges in the country. The course is an important and valuable in nature that opens many career options for the student after its completion.

How is M.Sc. Health & Yoga Therapy Course Beneficial?

  • The Master degree course increased body awareness and develop a natural resistance to stress. Learning to work with the breath along with practicing restorative postures cools the body and calms the nervous system, resulting in an increased tolerance to heat as well as improved circulation and respiration.
  • It also gives good base for further studies such as M.Phill. and Ph.D. for research work.
