BSS Diploma in Emergency Medical Services is a diploma level course. Emergency medicine is a competency based training program that is conducted in work place. Candidates are required to work 12 months in an emergency department under the supervision of an approved ACEM supervisor. In the course, the candidates will expected to undertake six months in an anaesthetics term or three months in anaesthetics and three months in ICU terms.
