Qualification: BE / B.Tech (IT / CS/ ECE ) with One Year Experience (OR) B.SC (CS / IT) / BCA / Three Years Diploma (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication) with two Years’ Experience. Experience: a) Minimum One Year Experience in Network Support / Operating Systems Support / Security Issues / Anti-Virus management etc in case of of BE/B.Tech and Two Years’ experience in similar areas in case of Diploma Holders and B.SC / BCA (IT /CS) Desirable: a) Experience in Field level troubleshooting, Maintenance / Management of L2, L3, MPLS, VPN, Wireless Networks b) Experience in Security / UTM / Firewall etc c) Installation and Maintenance of Operating Systems (Desirable) d) Certification in Network Management / Systems Administration (Desirable)
