Bachelor of Arts in Politics is an undergraduate Political Science the programme. This degree provides a thorough grounding in some of the major aspects of modern political studies: political history, political ideas. It's good preparation for a range of careers and for further studies. This programme will develop you intellectually, and will enhance your transferable and communication skills – learning to plan your workload, to research solutions, and to express your ideas coherently. Course helps to identify key questions, fundamental concepts, and theoretical frameworks critical to an understanding of the political theory and to analyses the fundamental concepts, characteristics, and theories central to comparative politics and international politics.
How is B.A. Politics Course Beneficial?
- Graduates can find employment in administration and management; in various departments of central and local government; in finance, in the media; in research and computing; in voluntary agencies; in health, education and housing management; the probation service; in company management, and as lecturers and teachers.
- After passing the course they can go for further Master’s Degree and then for research studies such as M.Phil. and Ph.D.
- They can also become social reformer, politician and other government jobs after its passing.
Eligibility
- Students who have successfully passed 12th Standard (or equivalent Level of Examination) from any recognized Board in the country.
