Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Staff Nurse : B.Sc. Nursing or GNM Course passed and registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
• For Data Entry Operator : Graduate with PGDCA and one year experience.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : minimum and maximum age limit is 18 to 64 years (As on 01.01.2017)

Job Location : Chhattisgarh

Selection Process : Selection will be made on Skill Test & Interview.

Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General/OBC  (Salary Rs. 25000/- per month) have to pay Rs. 400/-  & Rs. 200/- (for SC/ST /PWD/Female) and candidates belonging to General/OBC (Salary more than Rs. 25000/- per month) have to pay Rs. 650/- & Rs. 325/- (for SC/ST/PWD/Female) through Demand Draft drawn in favour of District Health Samiti Raipur.
