The INDIAN ARMY recruitment of Rally in the year of 2017. The location for the above rally is in All Over India. The Indian Army is the land-based branch and the largest component of the Indian Armed Forces. The President of India serves as the Supreme Commander of the Indian Army, and it is commanded by the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), who is a four-star general. Two officers have been conferred with the rank of field marshal, a five-star rank, which is a ceremonial position of great honour. The Indian Army originated from the armies of the East India Company, which eventually became the British Indian Army, and the armies of the princely states, which finally became the national army after independence. The units and regiments of the Indian Army have diverse histories and have participated in a number of battles and campaigns across the world, earning a large number of battle and theatre honours before and after Independence.

Age Limit: (As on 01.10.2017)

• Sol GD – 17½ to 21 yrs

• Sol Tech – 17½ to 23 yrs.

• Sol Tdn (Musician)– 17½ to 23 yrs

• Sol Clk/ SKT– 17½ to 23 yrs.

Educational Qualification:

Sol GD – Matriculation/10th/SSLC passes with min 45% mks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. No percentage considered in case candidate has passed with higher qualification i.e 10+2 and above. And State Edn Bds incl CBSE, who have adopted Grading Sys only. A candidate must have the grade which contains 45% in each indl subject to be considered eligible for enrolment.

Sol Tech – 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

Sol Tdn (Musician)– 10th Simple Pass.

Sol Clk/ SKT– (i) 10+2 / Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce and Science) and should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% in aggregate in Class XII. (ii) Should have studied English and Maths / Accts/Book Keeping in Class XII or X and should have secured min 50% marks in each of these subject, whether studied in Class XII or X. (iii) Even if a candidate is a graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage marks scored in Class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility.

 (d) Medical Examination of selected candidates in PFT & PMT – 13 Sep 2017 onwards

 (e) Issue of admit cards for Sol GD, Sol Tech & Sol Tdn – 28 Oct 2017

 (f) Written Test (Common Entrance Exam) for Sol GD, Sol Tech & Sol Tdn – 29 Oct 2017 (Sunday)

 (g) Screening of outstanding sportsmen – 21 to 26 Aug 2017
