Salary:

General Manager (Processing) post – Rs.37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs.8700/-

Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) post – Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6900/-

Required Qualification:

General Manager (Processing) post – B.Tech. (In Agriculture Engineering) from any recognized Agricultural Universities/ Agricultural Institutes/ Engineering Institutes. M.Tech. (Agriculture Engineering) with specialization in Agricultural Processing Engineering will be preferred. He/she must have minimum post qualification experience of 8-10 years in Seed Industry i.e. in the area of planning, processing, processing stores, installation and maintenance of Plant and Machineries, preparation of Project Reports, Material Management etc. at a senior level. Desirable: Candidate having Ph.D in Agriculture Process Engineering or M.B.A or M.C.A. with sound knowledge of Computer will be given preference.

Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) post – Must be qualified Chartered/ Cost Accountant having membership of the Institute of Chartered/Cost & Works Accountant of India. Minimum of four years post qualification experience in the relevant field is essential.
