Admissions

Admission is made as per the rank obtained by eligible candidates in the state-level Common Entrance Exam conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala State. 60% of the seats in the Colleges under CAPE will be allotted by the CEE as per the reservation policy of the Government. So also, 35% of seats under Management quota under these institutions are also allotted by the CEE on merit basis and 5% N.R.I seat filled by CAPE on the basis of rank.

Lateral entry : The Engineering Diploma holders are admitted directly to the 3rd semester. 6 seats for each branch.

Facilities

The College is located at Elikkatoor in Kollam district of Kerala. It is situated at a serene ambience in a vast area of twenty five acres, which is 7 Kms from Punalur and 8 Kms from Pathanapuram. The institute has following major facilities:

Central Library

The institution central library, with a blend of normal and digital resources and services, caters to the information needs of its academic community. Library started functioning from August 2011 to meet the needs of students, faculties and staff of the institution. The better ambience of the reading area enhanced the usage of library effectively.

Computer Centre

The Computing Facility comprises of 60 Desktops Computers fully networked and supported by 10 Mbps Internet Facility provided under NMEICT project MHRD Govt of India. The Computer Centre also have Wi-Fi Access service for Students and Staffs The Centre is efficiently powered by a back power supply system.

Canteen

Canteen Facility is provided in the college premises, catering to the needs of students and staffs of the College.

Hostel Facility

Hostel facility can be availed in the approved hostel of the college. Ladies hostel in the college is under construction and is nearing completion.

College Bus

Six college buses are running for the convenience of students and staff of the college. The college has a regular bus service plying to and from Bharanicavu,Pathanapuram,Ayoor,Punalur,Kundara and Kottarakara to the college premises. The P.T.A, College of Engineering, Pathanapuram operates college buses for the use of staff and students.

A fleet of College buses are running from different places to the college for the purpose of conveying students & Staffs

College Store

The centralized store was established in the year 2012 to provide full-fledged welfare facilities of students and teachers by providing them with academical aids. it is located in the ground floor of the academic block authorized with a well-mannered storekeeper and provide service on all working days.
