Job Profile: Track Maintainers ensure the safety and functionality of railway tracks.
Job Description and Responsibilities 
Maintenance: Regular inspection and upkeep of tracks to prevent defects.
Safety Assurance: Identifying and repairing issues to ensure safe train operations.
Emergency Response: Addressing track-related emergencies promptly.
Salary: 
Basic Pay: ₹18,000 per month.
In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month, including allowances.
Eligibility Criteria and Required Skills: 
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass or ITI from institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years; age relaxations as per government norms.
Skills: Physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in challenging environments.
Selection Process: 
Computer-Based Test (CBT): Assesses general awareness, mathematics, and reasoning abilities.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Evaluates physical fitness essential for the role.
