The Excise Constable in the Madhya Pradesh Excise Department plays a crucial role in enforcing state excise laws, ensuring compliance, and preventing illegal liquor trade.

Job Role & Responsibilities of Excise Constable

1. Law Enforcement & Compliance:
   • Enforcing excise laws and regulations in Madhya Pradesh.
   • Monitoring liquor production, distribution, and sale to prevent illegal activities.
2. Inspection & Raids:
   • Conducting inspections of liquor shops, bars, and distilleries.
   • Participating in raids to seize illegal liquor and take action against offenders.
3. Surveillance & Patrolling:
   • Keeping a check on smuggling, illegal liquor manufacturing, and transport.
   • Patrolling high-risk areas to prevent excise law violations.
4. Assisting Senior Officers:
   • Supporting Excise Inspectors and other senior officials in investigations.
