How to Fill MP Middle School & Primary School Teacher
Exam Online Form 2025
- Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board for the Middle School Teacher and Primary School Teacher Recruitment 2024 The applications of Recruitment will be online from 28 January 2025 to 20 February 2025.
- To apply in Madhya Pradesh Professional Board, the candidate has to first create a profile of himself. To create a profile, the candidate wants to have Aadhar card number and also want to have registered mobile number in it, only then there will be E-KYC in the profile, those whose mobile number is not registered, they will have to create a profile through biometric through MP Online Kiosk.
- Photo / Template Instruction : The photo, signature and handwriting which the candidate has to upload in the will have to be uploaded in Profile. The photo should not be more than 03 months old and the background of the photo should be white, along with the Date of taking the photo and Name of the candidate should also be written on the photo.

1. Middle School Teacher (MST)
Classes Taught: 6th to 8th standard
Subjects: Specific subjects like Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, etc., depending on specialization.Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Teaching subject-specific lessons to students from Class 6 to 8.
- Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the curriculum.
- Assessing and evaluating students’ progress through tests, projects, and assignments.
- Focusing on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and subject knowledge among students.
- Ensuring classroom discipline and managing students' behavior.
- Collaborating with other teachers and school management to improve teaching practices.
- Organizing extracurricular activities and encouraging students’ overall development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Must pass the MST Eligibility Test conducted by MPESB.

2. Primary School Teacher (PST)
Classes Taught: 1st to 5th standard
Subjects: General subjects (all-round teaching including basic Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Languages).Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Teaching foundational subjects to young children.
- Creating and delivering age-appropriate lessons that focus on literacy, numeracy, and basic skills.
- Ensuring the holistic development of children (cognitive, physical, and social development).
- Identifying and addressing students’ learning difficulties early on.
- Maintaining student records and providing progress feedback to parents.
- Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and discipline among students.
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.

- Senior Secondary with a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or equivalent.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. focused on primary education.
- Must pass the PST Eligibility Test conducted by MPESB.
