Job Role & Responsibilities
Peon
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting court officials in day-to-day activities.
  • Carrying and arranging court files and documents.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the court premises.
  • Delivering messages or items within court offices.
  • Assisting visitors, judges, and staff when required.
  • Running errands as per court orders.

 Work Location: District & Sessions Court, Panipat.
Process Server
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving court summons, notices, and legal documents.
  • Ensuring legal documents reach concerned parties on time.
  • Maintaining records of all deliveries and returns.
  • Traveling within the district for court-related services.
  • Coordinating with judicial and administrative staff.
  • Reporting back to the court after successful delivery of documents.

 Work Location: Field duty (travel required) + District & Sessions Court, Panipat.
Skills Required for Both Posts
 Basic literacy skills (8th pass for Peon, 10th pass for Process Server).
 Physical fitness for fieldwork and court assistance.
 Time management for delivering legal documents on time.
Communication skills for interacting with officials and the public.
