One notable opening is for the role of Executive/Senior Executive in Sales and Marketing (Seed). Candidates for this position are required to hold a full-time regular BSc degree in Agriculture or Horticulture from a UGC-recognized Indian university or institute, with a minimum of 60% marks. Additionally, a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in the related field is essential. While not mandatory, possessing an MSc in Agriculture or Horticulture, or an MBA in Marketing or Agri-Business from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution, is considered advantageous.

The responsibilities for the Executive/Senior Executive (Sales and Marketing-Seed) role include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote BBSSL's seed products.

• Building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to expand the market reach.

2. Lead – Traditional Seed Business: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Horticulture, Ph.D. preferred, over 12 years of experience

 Zonal Lead  Sales - Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture, 10-15 years of experience in the Seed/Agri-input industry, maximum age 45 years

• Executive Roles:

1.     Executive – Seed Production & Processing: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy,        Seed Technology, or Plant Breeding, 3-5 years of experience, maximum age 30 years
