• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in any stream recognized by the government or AICTE. Additionally, a professional certification in Financial Risk Management from reputable institutes such as the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) or PRIMA Institute is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduled banks, with at least 3 years in credit and risk functions. Experience in implementing risk management systems and managing various types of risks is preferred.
