1. General Manager

  • Qualification: Graduate degree (minimum II class) from a recognized university in any discipline. Preference will be given to law graduates.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years at a Senior Management level.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of advanced banking techniques, RBI & NABARD guidelines, and leadership skills.

2. Deputy General Manager (Information Technology)

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC, Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA/MCS/MSc (Computer Science/IT).
  • Certification: CISM/CISA/CISSP certification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of IT experience in Banking & Financial Institutions. Experience in Middle Management is essential.
  • Additional Skills: Cybersecurity framework, risk management, IT compliance, and security policies.

3. Deputy General Manager (Risk Management)

  • Qualification: Graduate degree with Financial Risk Management certification from GARP or PRMIA.
  • Experience: 5 years in Corporate Credit and Risk Management as an Assistant General Manager or above in a commercial or cooperative bank.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Additional Skills: Strong understanding of market risk, liquidity management, and risk mitigation strategies.
