The District Health & Family Welfare Society (DHFWS) under the National Health Mission (NHM) in Yamuna Nagar has announced recruitment for Medical Officers on a contractual basis for the fiscal year 2024-25, or until March 31, 2025, whichever is earlier.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Medical Officer under NHM Yamuna Nagar, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Services: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

• Preventive Care: Participate in public health initiatives, immunization programs, and health education campaigns to promote community health.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate medical records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with health protocols and guidelines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated and effective healthcare delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an MBBS degree from a recognized institution.

• Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 to 65 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
