An intensive 3 year full-time undergraduate course offered by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Dwarka, New Delhi.
About Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga
MDNIY is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. Of India, promoting the philosophies and values of yoga in day to day life activities.
The course is designed to impart the knowledge, skills and techniques of Yoga to enable an aspiring individual to be a well skilled Yoga professional.
The course curriculum comprises of a total 6 semesters.
Eligibility: To be a part of this program, one must have at least passed 12th class of CBSE or equivalent with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology provided that the candidate has passed in each subject separately.
Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 21 years of age as on 1st August of the academic year. Relaxation in age limit as per University norms.

How to Apply: Detailed advertisement for inviting the application from eligible candidates will be published in the newspaper by the GGSIPU and is hosted on the websites (www. ipu.ac.in and www.yogamdniy.nic.in) in the month of March- April every year. Application form can be downloaded from GGSIPU website.
Selection Procedure: The University will conduct CET for the eligible candidate. Selection as per the university norms.
Hostel subsidy: A stipend of Rs. 3,000/- per month per student, in lieu of Hostel accommodation, will be provided on merit basis to a maximum 20% of admitted students in a batch who hail from the states other than Delhi and NCR (Condition apply)
Fee: Rs. 22,000/- per annum + Rs. 5,000/- caution money which is refundable.
