Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 - Qualification

Faculty: Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.

Office Assistant: Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.

Attender/substaff: Shall be matriculate

Job Role: Office Assistant

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the bank’s training institutes or other designated departments. This role supports the smooth functioning of the office and ensures efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clerical & Administrative Work

    • Handling office files, documentation, and record-keeping.

    • Preparing reports, maintaining registers, and managing correspondence.

    • Assisting in day-to-day office operations.

  2. Support to RSETI (if applicable)

    • Assisting in organizing training programs and workshops.

    • Maintaining trainee records, attendance, and training material.

    • Coordinating with trainers and beneficiaries.

  3. Data Entry & Record Maintenance

    • Entering and managing data related to banking operations, training, or other relevant areas.

    • Ensuring accuracy in maintaining financial and administrative records.

  4. Public Relations & Customer Support

    • Handling inquiries from customers and stakeholders.

    • Assisting visitors and providing necessary information.

  5. Banking & Financial Support (if required)

    • Assisting in handling financial transactions related to office expenses.

    • Supporting basic banking activities when needed.

  6. Other Miscellaneous Duties

    • Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of office premises.

    • Assisting senior officials as required.

Eligibility Criteria (General)

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (such as B.A., B.Com, B.Sc.) from a recognized university.

  • Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.

  • Language Proficiency: Should be fluent in the local language.

  • Experience: Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in similar roles.
