Quality Manager – Pawan Hans
Role Overview: The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (like DGCA norms) and internal standards. This role ensures safety, airworthiness, and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that maintenance and operational procedures comply with DGCA regulations, aviation standards, and company policies.

Monitor and audit internal quality procedures and maintenance practices.

Coordinate with DGCA and other regulatory authorities during audits, inspections, and certifications.

Oversee corrective actions for audit findings and ensure timely resolution.

Implement and update the company's Quality Assurance (QA) manual and other technical documents.

Conduct quality and safety training sessions for technical and operational staff.

Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Review and approve technical documents, maintenance records, and certifications.

Liaise with the Safety Manager to ensure integrated Safety & Quality Management.
Qualifications & Skills:

Engineering degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.

Extensive experience in aviation QA/QC systems, preferably in rotary-wing operations.

Familiarity with DGCA CARs (Civil Aviation Requirements).

Strong knowledge of ISO standards (like ISO 9001), safety protocols, and risk management.
Station Manager – Pawan Hans
Role Overview: The Station Manager oversees all operations at a particular helicopter base/station. This includes ensuring smooth flight operations, managing ground support, passenger handling, crew coordination, and compliance with safety and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned station, including helicopter dispatch, fueling, ground handling, and passenger services.

Ensure compliance with DGCA norms and company SOPs for flight and ground operations.
