- Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000, in addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities and Provident Fund as per the Company's rules will be part of the remuneration package.

General Job Role: Senior Engineer
A Senior Engineer at BEL is expected to manage and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of electronic systems and solutions in defense and allied sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Technical Leadership
- Lead and manage engineering projects with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
2. Design & Development
- Design and develop electronic systems, circuits, embedded systems, or software applications based on the role.
- Involve in schematic design, PCB layout, or VLSI design (for electronics roles).
- Develop embedded firmware, test automation scripts, or software solutions.
3. Testing & Validation
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing.
- Prepare and maintain test procedures, reports, and validation protocols.
- Handle EMI/EMC, environmental, and qualification testing as needed.
4. Documentation
- Prepare design documents, technical manuals, test procedures, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation protocols.
5. Vendor & Client Coordination
- Liaise with vendors for components and services.
- Interact with defense clients or other government organizations for requirements gathering, demonstration, and support.
6. R&D Contribution
- Participate in research and development of new technologies or upgrades to existing systems.
