The Bank of Baroda (BOB) is recruiting Office Assistants for its Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) in 2025. These positions are offered on a contractual basis, typically for a period of three years, subject to annual performance reviews and potential renewal
Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Office Assistant at BOB RSETIs, your primary responsibilities will include:

Data Management: Maintaining and updating records related to training programs, follow-ups, and settlement data.

Training Support: Arranging training materials for various skill development batches.

MIS Reporting: Creating and updating Management Information System (MIS) data as per guidelines.

Logistics Coordination: Organizing logistics for training sessions, including boarding and dormitory arrangements .

Administrative Tasks: Assisting with general administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the RSETI.
Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in BSW, BA, B.Com, or equivalent, with proficiency in computer applications.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Tally, and internet usage.

Typing skills in the local language are essential; typing in English is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Consolidated Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
