Salary
- Teaching Faculty: Consolidated remuneration of Professor (Rs. 201213/-), Associate Professor (Rs. 133802/-), Assistant Professor (Rs. 114955/-) will be paid.
- Super Specialist Full Time: Entry level -200000/- Consultant Senior level - Rs. 240000/-
- Super Specialist Part Time: Entry level - 100000/- Consultant Senior level - Rs. 150000/-
- Senior Residents (3 years): Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) + NPA (pre-revised) + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month.

Job Role: Professor (ESIC Medical Institutions)
A Professor in ESIC is the head of a department or specialization, responsible for leading academic activities, guiding research, overseeing clinical training, and supporting institutional development in line with the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
Key Responsibilities of an ESIC Professor:
- Academic Leadership
- Develop and update curriculum as per NMC and university norms.
