Job Role: Senior Programme Manager

Location: Usually in Thiruvananthapuram or project-based locations in Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Programme Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and oversee implementation strategies for government programmes or initiatives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  2. Project Management:
    • Supervise the execution of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate activities across departments.

  4. Stakeholder Coordination:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Programme Implementation Support:
    • Assist in executing government or developmental programmes and schemes.

  2. Data Collection & Analysis:
    • Collect, analyze, and maintain project-related data (e.g., financial, administrative, and field data).

    • Identify risks or delays in execution and escalate appropriately.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
