As an LBO, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch, ensuring efficient functioning, and providing excellent customer service. This role serves as a foundational step in a banking career, offering exposure to various aspects of branch management.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Operations Management: Supervise daily banking activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor branch staff, fostering a productive work environment and ensuring adherence to performance standards.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement fraud prevention measures, and ensure proper documentation to mitigate financial discrepancies.

• Loan & Credit Management: Assess and approve loan applications, manage credit facilities, and oversee the recovery of outstanding debts.
