Key Responsibilities:

1. Landscape Design & Planning

• Conceptualize and prepare landscape master plans, layouts, and planting plans for parks, roadsides, eco-trails, green corridors, and public spaces.
• Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs aligned with ecological and climatic conditions of Delhi.
• Integrate softscape and hardscape elements into design proposals.

 2. Site Analysis & Survey

• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate topography, soil conditions, vegetation, drainage, and microclimate.
• Analyze environmental and urban context for project suitability and aesthetics.

3. Project Documentation

• Prepare working drawings, cost estimates (BOQs), design reports, 3D renderings, and detailed documentation for landscape execution.
• Provide inputs for tender documentation and project budgeting.

 4. Execution Oversight

• Coordinate with civil engineers, horticulturists, and contractors for on-site implementation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to approved plans and specifications during project execution.

5. Technical Advisory

• Offer expert advice on the selection of plant species (native, low maintenance), irrigation techniques, and sustainability features.
• Recommend suitable materials for pavements, street furniture, and other landscape features.

6. Monitoring & Evaluation

• Periodic inspection of ongoing projects and reporting to senior DDA officials.
• Suggest corrective measures if any deviation from approved designs occurs.
