Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager at NTPC, you will be expected to:

  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage critical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of departmental objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols in all operations.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or C&I) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.

  • Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in the respective field within the power sector, with a minimum of 5 years in erection and commissioning of systems related to the respective discipline.

  • Age Limit: Maximum age of 40 years as of the application deadline.

 Salary & Benefits

  • Pay Scale: ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month (E4 Grade/IDA).
