Key Responsibilities:

1. Campus Security & Surveillance:
   • Monitor university campuses and facilities to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
   • Patrol designated areas regularly on foot or using vehicles (if applicable).
2. Access Control:
   • Manage entry and exit points of the campus, buildings, and hostels.
   • Verify ID cards of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
3. Crowd Management:
   • Ensure orderly conduct during university events, seminars, exams, and admissions.
   • Assist in managing crowds and preventing disturbances.
4. Emergency Response:
   • Respond to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or medical situations.
   • Alert police, fire brigade, or ambulance services when necessary.
5. Report Writing:
   • Maintain daily logs and incident reports.
   • Submit reports of unusual occurrences or breaches in security.
6. Coordination with Authorities:
   • Liaise with administrative offices, local police, and fire departments when required.
7. Monitoring Surveillance Systems:
   • Operate CCTV systems and alarm panels (if installed).
   • Ensure all security systems are functional and report malfunctions.
8. Support Services:
   • Assist in evacuation drills or lockdown procedures.
   • Help with lost-and-found property management.
