Scale of pay

• Assistant Manager: Rs.30,000-1,20,000/-. CTC: Rs.9 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
• Deputy Manager: Rs.40,000-1,40,000/-. CTC: Rs.12 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Manager (Technical)

• Vacancies: 9

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation and maintenance of Optical Fibre Cable, telecom/data network equipment, and associated infrastructure.

  • Execution of telecom and data network projects.

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of network systems.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for project implementation.

• Experience Required: 5 years in relevant technical fields. 

Deputy Manager (Technical)

• Vacancies: 3

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the operation and maintenance of telecom and data network infrastructure.

  • Managing technical teams for project execution.

  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.

  • Conducting site surveys and feasibility studies.

  • Preparing technical documentation and reports.

• Experience Required: 2 years in relevant technical fields. 

 Additional Details

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Assistant Manager: Diploma in Electronics or equivalent with Electronics as a branch, or M.Sc. in Electronics.

  • Deputy Manager: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics & Telecom, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; or M.Sc. (Electronics)/MCA. 

• Age Limit:

  • Assistant Manager: 21–28 years.

  • Deputy Manager: 21–30 years.

  • Age relaxations apply as per government norms. 

• Salary:

  • Assistant Manager: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 per month.

  • Deputy Manager: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 per month.
