1. Stenographic and Typing Work

  • Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe accurately using a computer.
  • Prepare official correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and memos.

2. Office and Administrative Support

3. Meeting Coordination

  • Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes of meetings.

  • Take shorthand notes during meetings and transcribe proceedings.

4. Document and File Management

  • Maintain record registers, indexing, and digital archiving of official documents.
  • Monitor inward and outward correspondence, including confidential letters.

5. Communication and Coordination
