• A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government

Salary

• The apprentices are eligible for a stipend of Rs 15,000/- per month for the engagement period of one year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/benefits.

• Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university 

  • Age between 20–28 years as of 31 May 2025 (relaxations for reserved categories) 

  • Must be registered on the NATS portal 

 Stipend & Benefits

• Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000 (across rural/semi-urban, urban, metro branches) 

• Additional Allowances:

  • Travel reimbursement (sleeper class train or public transport for official duties)

  • Medical allowance and other incidental reimbursements

• Support day-to-day banking tasks:

  • Customer service and addressing customer queries

  • Account management and updating records

  • Cash handling and teller duties

  • Administrative/clerical work (filing, documentation) 

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities

• Undergo on-the-job training under bank staff guidance
