• Position grade: Sister Grade‑II, Group B

• Pay scale: Level 7 under 7th CPC — ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 (approximately ₹62 k–₹65 k/month including allowances) 

 Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Record Maintenance

   • Maintain accurate records of patients and manage treatments promptly and efficiently 

2. Medication & Inventory Management

   • Monitor medicine stocks; raise requisitions when supplies run low

3. Ward Hygiene Oversight

   • Ensure wards adhere to cleanliness and infection-control protocols 

4. Supporting Doctors

   • Assist doctors during critical case management and ensure patient comfort
