1. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends

2. Employ hypothesis-driven problem solving for exploratory analytics

Contract Terms & Compensation

• Contract duration: 2 years (extendable up to 5 years) Compensation range (approximate):

• • CISO: ₹50–70 lakh p.a.

  • Climate Specialists: ₹25–30 lakh p.a.

  • Content Writer/Designer: ~₹12 lakh p.a. 

• Selection is interview-only (1:3 shortlist ratio), followed by a medical check-up 

2. Grade A/B Officer Recruitment (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Although the specific 2025 notification isn’t out yet, it’s expected in due course. Based on past recruitment cycles, here are the core responsibilities:

Assistant Manager (Grade A)

• Assist NABARD departments in functioning effectively

• Participate in policy formulation for agriculture and rural development

• Coordinate credit planning and liaise with agrarian institutions \

 Manager (Grade B)

• Oversee department workflows and inter-unit coordination

• Monitor loans and accounting processes

• Manage stakeholder (banks, SHGs, cooperatives) relations

• Handle loan approvals, policy implementation, and rural development tasks 

 Selection Process

• Three-stage process: Preliminary → Main → Interview 

• Pay scales range from Assistant Manager to Manager level—approximately ₹44,500 basic to a ₹1,00,000 gross monthly salary (Grade A)
