- A postgraduate medical qualification i.e. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Master of Surgery (MS) or a recognised qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject or allied discipline.

Job Role of ESIC Dean:
- Academic Leadership:
- Oversee academic activities in the medical college and ensure high-quality education and training.
- Supervise curriculum implementation as per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines.
