Role Overview

• Senior-level position (equivalent to Scale V – Deputy Vice President)

• Based in Ernakulam (Kerala); open to experienced banking professionals aged 40–50 (as of Dec 31, 2024) with 10+ years in banking and 5+ years in supervisory roles managing NRI business Responsible for overseeing all strategic, operational, and compliance activities for TMB’s NRI clientele via the Global NRI Center (GNC).

 Key Responsibilities

• Customer Solutions & Experience

  • Design and implement tailored banking solutions for NRIs—covering NRE/NRO accounts, remittances, international loans—to deliver exceptional service 

  • Develop deep insights into each client's financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon to offer customized advice 

• Business Development & Expansion

  • Identify new growth segments and expand the bank’s NRI client base globally 

  • Promote NRI-specific products like remittance services, loans, and deposit accounts through strategic programs

• Team Leadership & Management

  • Assemble and lead a skilled team specialized in NRI banking, covering digital onboarding, remittances, regulatory compliance, and investment services 

  • Foster collaboration across internal departments—sales, trading, portfolio management—to streamline service delivery

​Regulatory Compliance

• • Ensure full adherence to RBI, FEMA, and international banking regulations related to NRI transactions 

  • Keep currency with regulatory changes and guide the team to implement them promptly .

• Marketing & Outreach

  • Organize events, webinars, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and adoption of NRI banking services

  • Coordinate with international banks and financial institutions to establish tie-ups and broaden service reach .

• Digital Strategy & Global Collaboration

  • Drive digital onboarding, 24/7 support systems, and SOP standardization for NRI processes 

  • Collaborate with global banking partners to offer seamless banking experiences for NRIs 

 Qualifications & Experience

• Age: 40–50 years (with potential relaxation) 

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university 

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, with 5+ years in supervisory or managerial roles focused on NRI banking
