1. Senior Medical Officer / Consultant

• Roles:

  • Act as General Physician or Critical Care Specialist.

  • Provide diagnostics, treatment plans, and consultations for in-house patients across MECON facilities.

• Responsibilities:

  • Perform critical care duties in intensive units (for Critical Care Specialists).

  • Collaborate in periodic medical assessments and emergency response teams.

  • Documentation of medical records and health reports.

  • Interviews followed by medical tests are part of the selection process. 

2. Engineering & Project Roles (85 contractual positions)

These roles span across disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Engineering, Safety, and Fire & Safety.

• Key Positions Include:

  • Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Safety)

  • Senior Engineer (Civil)

  • Dy. Engineer (Project/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)

  • Engineer (Project, Fire & Safety, Instrumentation)

  • Additional Engineers/Officers in SAP & specialized disciplines 

• Typical Responsibilities:

  • Planning, designing, supervising, and executing project-specific tasks.

  • Ensuring compliance with industrial/safety and engineering standards.

  • Leading technical teams on-site.

  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal departments.

  • NDT-level testing & reporting (for Project Engineers).

  • Personal interviews are part of the selection process.

• Experience Required:
  Five to 15 years depending on the role, with a maximum age limit of 50 (relaxable as per norms) 

3. Manager & Deputy Manager (General / Technical / HR / Environmental)

• Openings (Approx. 13 posts) include senior managerial roles for deployment across project management, HR, environmental planning, QA/QC, MEP, etc. 

• Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and oversight of assigned functions (e.g., HR, QA/QC).

  • Resource and team management, including budget oversight.

  • Ensuring quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Reporting to senior management and managing stakeholder relationships.

4. Draftsman Roles (17 positions)

• Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and execute drafting tasks.

  • Maintain and update drawings per project needs.

  • Requires diplomas or ITI qualifications and 3–7 years of experience depending on educational background
