Key Responsibilities:
- Training in Respective Discipline:
- Undergo one-year apprenticeship training in designated disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Computer Science, Safety, etc.
- Learn and assist in day-to-day activities of their respective engineering departments.
- Support Engineering Operations:
- Assist senior engineers in shipbuilding, repair, design, and production tasks.
- Participate in inspection, testing, and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain technical logs, daily work reports, and progress documentation as per training guidelines.
- Safety and Quality Compliance:
- Follow all safety norms, SOPs, and quality standards during the training period.
- Report any deviations or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Technical Learning and Skill Development:
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and practical training sessions to enhance technical skills.

- Undergo one-year apprenticeship training in technical departments based on their diploma discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.).
- Gain exposure to real-time operations in shipbuilding, repair, and marine systems.
- Assisting Technical Teams:
- Support senior technicians and engineers in installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of mechanical/electrical/marine systems.
