NMDC Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

  • Jr. Manager Age Limit: 30 Years
  • AGM Age limit: 45 Years

Qualification

  • Junior Manager (Finance): Graduation (ii) CA/CMA or Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • Assistant General Manager (Finance): Graduation (ii) CA/CMA or Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/ Institute.

Salary

  • Jr. Manager Age Limit: 50000 -160000/-
  • AGM Age limit: 1,00,000 - 2,60,000/-

Field Attendant (Trainee)

  • Educational Requirement: Passed up to middle school or ITI

  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist in daily mining field operations.

    • Support maintenance and provide onsite operational support.

Maintenance Assistant (Mechanical & Electrical)

  • Mechanical: ITI in fitting, welding, Machinist, Diesel Mechanic, Auto-Electrician

  • Electrical: ITI in Electrical trade

  • Responsibilities:

    • Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on heavy machinery.

    • Conduct diagnostics and ensure operational reliability of mechanical/electrical systems.
       

 Blaster Gr‑II (Trainee)

  • Requirements: Matric/ITI with Blaster certificate and First Aid + 3 years’ experience

  • Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute blasting operations safely.

    • Handle explosives according to safety protocols.

Electrician Gr‑III (Trainee)

  • Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI

  • Responsibilities:

    • Maintain electrical equipment, installations, and systems.

    • Diagnose faults in HT/LT systems.
       

 Electronics Technician Gr‑III (Trainee)

  • Requirements: Diploma in Electronics Engineering

  • Responsibilities:

    • Handle electronic systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.

    • Assist in instrumentation and control tasks.

 HEM Mechanic & HEM Operator Gr‑III (Trainee)

  • Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering + Heavy Vehicle License

  • Responsibilities:

    • Mechanic: Maintain and repair Heavy Earth Moving (HEM) machinery.

    • Operator: Operate HEM equipment in mining operations.

 Quality Control Analyst (QCA) Gr‑III (Trainee)

  • Requirements: B.Sc in Chemistry/Geology + 1 year sampling experience

  • Responsibilities:

    • Collect and analyze mineral samples.

    • Ensure compliance with BIS standards and upload results to SAP.

 MCO Gr‑III (Trainee)

  • Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage maintenance operations of mechanical systems.

    • Coordinate with teams for smooth equipment functioning.
