Key Responsibilities:

1. Subject Teaching

   • Deliver lessons in the assigned subject (e.g., Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.) at the high school or intermediate level.

   • Prepare lesson plans in line with the prescribed curriculum by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad.

2. Student Evaluation

   • Conduct internal assessments, unit tests, and term-end exams.

   • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

3. Curriculum Development Support

   • Suggest and incorporate improvements in the syllabus and teaching methods.

   • Participate in workshops and training for curriculum updates.

   • Address behavioral issues and promote ethical conduct among students.

5. Extracurricular Involvement

   • Encourage student participation in sports, debates, cultural programs, and other school activities.

   • Act as in-charge for clubs, house activities, or student bodies.

6. Record Maintenance

   • Maintain academic records, attendance, and student portfolios.

   • Update student progress reports and communicate regularly with parents.

7. Administrative Support

   • Assist the principal in examination duties, school functions, and departmental meetings.

   • Support data collection and reporting tasks related to school administration.

8. Moral and Civic Education

   • Instill moral values, discipline, and civic sense among students as per the values of the Indian Constitution and state policies.
