Qualification

- 01 (one) year Diploma/ Certificate in Fire & Safety from Government recognized Board/University/Institute or Sub Officers Course from NFSC, Nagpur
- Passed Class 10+2 from a Government recognized Board/ University
- Passed B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (PB-B.Sc.) from an Institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
- Passed Bachelor's Degree with Major/Honours in Hindi from a Government recognized University/Institute. Should have English as one of the subjects in Graduation.

Job Roles and Responsibilities by Grade:
Grade III Workpersons (Technical/Support Roles):

- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery in the oilfields or industrial units.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical systems.

- Support senior technicians in daily operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed.
Grade V Workpersons (Skilled/Semi-Skilled Technicians):
Common Roles (Examples: Assistant Technician, Drilling, Production Assistant, etc.):
- Handle specialized tasks like rigging operations, oil/gas well monitoring, and handling of production tools.
- Conduct minor repairs and adjustments on-site equipment.
- Record technical data from field operations.

- Train and guide junior staff or helpers in field tasks.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Grade VII Workpersons (Highly Skilled/Technical Expert Roles):
Common Roles (Examples: Senior Technician, Boiler Operator, Paramedical Staff, etc.):
- Operate and manage high-risk or complex machinery such as boilers, compressors, or medical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental norms.
- Supervise and monitor plant operations or specialized activities like chemical treatment or safety inspections.
- Maintain detailed operational reports and inspection logs.
