Electronics & Communication Engineering is one of the popular branches of Engineering in India and this course is offered at the under graduation level as B.E. Electronics & Communication Engineering in some colleges, while it is offered as B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering in some colleges.The academic program is divided into 8 semesters. Each semester lasts for a period of 6 months. Evaluation is done at the end of each semester. The course consists of classroom lectures and practical lab sessions. Industrial visit and training program is present in this course. In the case of final academic year, project work will also be involved.
Eligibility for admission to B.E/B. Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering course:
Candidates who have completed their higher secondary education with mathematics, chemistry and physics subjects from a recognized board of education are eligible to seek admission to the B.E/B. Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering Course offered by Government Colleges in India.
Entrance Examination:
In addition to the aforesaid educational qualification, candidates must also get through the All India Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education or the respective state entrance examination conducted by the state government in which the college is located.
