TV Repair Technician:The individual at work interacts with customers to install the TV as well as diagnose the problem and assess possible causes of fault reported.
Facility Supervisor:The individual at work is responsible for supervising technician engaged in installation and maintenance of AC, refrigerator at customer’s premises of home and Industry environment.
The Home Appliance Supervisor manages the technicians to service the customer problems in time. The individual at work is responsible for supervising technicians engaged in installation and Maintenance of Refrigerator, Washing machine, Microwave oven, water purifier at customer’s premises.
The Service Engineer is responsible for managing the IT Hardware and related software systems either at customer’s premises or remotely.
The IT Facility Supervisor manages the technicians to service the customer problems in time.
Security Surveillance and Access Control Supervisor :The individual at work is responsible for supervising technicians engaged in installTion and maintenance of CCTV, access control system at the customer’s premises.
DTH Set-top box technician installs set-top boxes and provides after sales service for Direct to Home (DTH) system
Broadband Management Supervisor: Manages the technicians to service the customer problems in time.
Home Communication System Supervisor:The individual at work is responsible for supervising the technicians engaged in the DTH / Cable Connection, internet TV, network installation, maintenance management for home and office environment.
Circuit Imaging Operator:A positive UV translucent film is placed on the photo sensitised board.
Installation and Service Engineer: Also called Field Support Engineer, the Installation and Service Engineer provides after sale support services to customers at their premises.

PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB)- Pick and Place Assembly Operator : Pick and place operator programs and operates the automated Pick and Place machine for assembling of components on PCB.
Through Hole Assembly Operator :The individual in the job is responsible for manually fixing the components in the circuit boards using hand tools, solders it by using soldering station and does quality check of the PCBs before passing it to wave soldering section or stores.
Field Technician - UPS and Invertor : Also called, ‘UPS repair Technician’, this is an after sales service job for installing and providing support to customers of different types of UPS and inverters.
Mechanical Assembly Operator : The individual at work fits together different electronic, electrical and mechanical parts and connects them to make the final LED luminary as per product design.
