NATIONAL SKILL INDIA MISSION (NSIM) AND ELECTRONIC SECTOR SKILL COUNCIL OF INDIA (ESSCI) Government of Inida signed MOU.

National Skill India Mission, division of Bharat Sevak Samaj, the National Development Agency, Promoted by the Goverment of India, is a dedicated movement in the field of skilling of youth in India.

Bharat Sevak Samaj has established ‘National Skill India Mission’ to accelerate the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ’s flagship programme ‘Skill India’ as per the Review and Recommendations on Bharat Sevak Samaj by the Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training, Loksabha, Goverment of India.

As per the guidelines from BPST, Loksabha, Goverment of India, National Skill India Mission (Nsim) started institutional collaboration with other agencies to strenghthen the skilling activities.

Nsim and Electronic Sector Skill Council of India (ESSCI), Goverment of India signed MOU for the faculty training, trainers training and root level training programme for the Rural/ Urban youth. The courses approved by ESSCI, will commence from the coming academic year onwards.

ESSCI is the competent council in designing, developing and delivering Electronic Sector courseware for employability skill development programmes.These programmes are focused to provide well - rounded professionals to the industry and these programmes are conceived, designed and delivered by a dedicated team consisting of R & D Profe-ssionals, developers, Psychologists and trainers respectively.

The intiatives undertaken by National Skill India Mission in the learning and assessment arena has made Nsim the most sought-after organization.

Electronic Sector Skill Council of India (ESSCI) is a Not - for -Profit organisation, Promoted by six Associations ie CEAMA, ELCINA, IESA (formed by ISA), IPCA, MAIT & ELCOMA with financial support by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)

Electronic Sector Skills Council of India envisions to enable a world class electronics manufacturing industry with an ecosystem for  skill developemnt and enhance employability of the large number of Indian human resource.

ESSCI’s mandate comprises plethora of deliverables including development of curriculum, courses, information, database, delivery system. ESSCI is responsible for standardization, accreditation and certification processes to enhance the employability of the Indian workforce globally.
